Church Administration
Cynthia Flowers-Williams is the General Manager at the Perfecting Church in Detroit, MI. At Perfecting Church, she implements the critical components of The Vision of Pastor Marvin L. Winans. Mrs. Williams oversees all departments of the church, special projects (including Perfecting’s non-profit, Perfecting CDC), with a current concentration and oversight of a $46 million dollar building fund project. She also serves as the Vice-President of the Board of Directors and the Director of the Finance Department of the 4,000 + member ministry. Pastor Marvin L. Winans, Senior Pastor of Perfecting Church credits the professionalism of staff and the excellence of administration to Mrs. Williams. Under her prayerful watch, the staff has grown from 1 to over 30 employees. As Vice-President of Solid Rock Management Company (a management company for metropolitan Detroit charter schools), Mrs. Williams implements and handles the oversight of multi-million dollar budgets for the schools, their operations and 200+ member staff.

Elder Antonio Brown is an ordained elder in the Church of God in Christ, serving at Faith Gospel Temple Holiness Church.
Receiving his Bachelor's degree from University of Michigan-Flint in Business Administration and his MBA from the University of Michigan, he is the President of AC Brown, CPA & Associates - a comprehensive accounting, business strategy, financial planning and tax solutions company. In July 2012, he became the Deputy Finance Directory of the city of Flint, MI where he manages and oversees the financial budget of over $200 Million a year.

Pastor Welton T. Smith, IV is the founding pastor of one of Detroit's fastest growing churches, the New Life Family Church. Dr. Charles E. Hawthorne is the President and CEO of Hawthorne Ministries. He has both B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Michigan and a PhD in Biblical Counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary. A licensed and ordained minister in the Church of God in Christ, he serves as the Pastor of Labor of Love Ministries and as the Superintendent of the Northeast Michigan Jurisdiction's Headquarters District. He has a pioneering spirit that thrusts him on the cutting edge of present-day ministry. His passion is to be used of God to bring about societal transformation through the spiritual growth and development of individual believers and churches.
